Westcliffe Meats is a locally owned and operated meat packing plant, nestled at the foot of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. We have been in operation since 2015.
What We Do
Westcliffe Meats has worked to develop a safe and humane handling processing program. Westcliffe Meats is the only USDA inspected facility in the Wet Mountain Valley, providing the safest, high quality processing to Custer County and surrounding areas.
Westcliffe Meats' has various retail cuts available for purchase.
What We Offer
Westcliffe Meats offers USDA inspected slaughtering and processing of beef, bison, yak, pork, and other species. Products are vacuum sealed and boxed. Custom labels are available upon request.
